Hi everyone,

Has someone experienced any benefit of omega 3 in the rhumatoid arthritis ?
I've red articles about a possible positive effect of it. I would like to
read some testimonys if existing.

In advance thanks a lot for your answers

It is from my experience a mild NSAID and in no way controls RA but it can
be added to DMARDS.

Hi,

Here is a link to Omega info, specifically fish oil, but through any source
it has it's benefits. Includes info from medical trials.

I eat a lot of salmon and trout (as it's readily available where I live) in
combonation with NSAID's and it works for me.
