A new to me hand exerciser

Was at the physio store today and bought something called a Power Web.
Never hear of it before and it's sort of like a big ring with elastic
stretched through the middle and used for hand exercises.  So far it's fun
to use and that alone will encourage me to keep using it.

Here's a picture if my description doesn't make sense.  Not affiliated in
any way, just a cool new gadget.

Those look great Skip.  Might check them out - sometimes my routine gets
boring although I do all the exercises.

Looks interesting. There are a lot of good exercisers on the market. The
most important thing with any of them is to use them. If this one keeps
your attention, it's the best one out there. I don't know if the
instructions show this, but it looks as if you could also use it for
resistance in opening your hand. I sometimes wrap a rubber band around
all of my fingertips and use that for the same exercise. With this
device you could switch from one exercise to another easily.

Good luck with it...

This one comes with about 25 different exercises for strength and mobility,
everything from one finger to both hand at once and a few for feet as well.
(those ones look graceful - not!)  I've tried some of the easy ones and so
far I've been pleased with the range of movement this thing can handle.
Looks like I just need a gadget or two to get my workouts going!

That does look like fun.  Only problem I see is that you have to have it with
you to do the exercises!  LOL  (I tend to do my exercises just about anywhere
as I don't need anything but my hands.)

Hmmmmmm, their address is right down there in KJ & Kimmy's neck of the woods.
Maybe we need to get them to pay them a visit and check them out!
