If I had had any doubt that Osteo Bi-Flex was helping my OA, I have learned
better the last two weeks.  I was out of it when my pneumonia started, and
haven't felt like going shopping since.  My hands and left hip are telling
me to get better fast and go to Sam's.

You can also order it online, Gwen. I've ordered it a few times at
Walgreens.com and drugstore.com :)

Oh Gwen hope you can soon get your Osteo Bi-Flex.

How is the pneumonia doing? I hope you are getting better.

SJ, I did get to Sam's yesterday and doubled up on the OB-F when I got home.
On the pneumonia side, I have almost stopped coughing and do feel some
better.  Go to doctor Thursday for another x-ray to see if it's gone or not.
Thanks for asking.

Your welcome Gwen.

I was doing better cough wise too till there had to be a grass fire today
and boom back to the drs for another breathing treatment that cost me way
too much. My nebulizer give up tonight. So now I am in trouble.

Oh SJ, you definitely don't need this problem.  Does this require a new
nebulizer?

I took it in today, and they replaced it. I just got it about 3 months ago
to replace the other one after only 2 yrs. He wasn't going to do it, but I
told him yeah it sounds fine when you turn it on but after about 5 mins of
using it, it makes real loud racket, smelled like burning and a gray haze
around it. So he left it run and sure enough it did it there too. So they
gave me new one free of charge. But it still doesn't take care of the $175 I
had to pay dr last night and whatever they charge me for the breathing
treatment.

Wow, that was quite a charge by the doctor.  Sure am glad that Jim is
working and I keep praying for it to be permanent, and to have good benefits
added.  Hope you're feeling better.

Thanks Gwen,

yeah, that was at Kaiser. I had gone to county and they charge $150. Then
tried urgent care here in our town and they charge $95 but said that they
would not treat me since I had so many chronic issues that were life
threatening. They said go back to Kaiser where they know your history. So I
had no choice.

This company that Jim works for is a small company. Just the boss and two
employees. So I am not sure when they will get benefits started. Jim just
got his first pay check today and I am not sure we will make it on that
either. But we shall see.

I think we are going to have to move to a cheaper place. Now that he has a
job that is an option.  Couldn't move without an employer.
