here are a few pixes of my new house. i'm taking them down tomorrow, 'cause i don't like to go public with exterior pixes, but wanted to share--especially the cool handicap ramp. diane www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=yms93lh.10oo119t&x=0&y=-n1358d Diane, it's lovely, and the ramp is awesome. Sure beats the standard type that is built over the stairs, doesn't it? Congrats on your new home. It has a very inviting look. Personally I now think every house should be ramped if only to carry wheeled suitcases in and out. From where I park my car there is an area that is all grass. On rainy days it's not easy to get the cart over the grass as it sinks in. I'd love a ramp! Now that I have it, I can buy more than 2 bottles of soda at a time :) And I can get milk and firelogs too. Without the cart, I'd never get that stuff into the house. In NYC I had a nice big one....out here I could only find a small one, but it's OK. I also use it to take the garbage out. We have to put our garbage in a dumpster, so I just put the newspapers and plastics in the cart, and balance the garbage bag on the top of the cart. And off we go to the dumpster :) It was either that or find a strong stud muffin to take the garbage out, and I couldn't find one of those :( Carole :) Hey, that sounds like a wonderful idea!
