Well, things are starting to come together. We've covered just about every
inch of walls with pictures and sayings. We only have about 30 boxes left to
unpack and our kids and their spouses are coming up for a visit in December.
We are so psyched! We're taking a short trip next week to Seven Springs, PA
and then, of course, there's Jamaica at the end of the year.

On the medical front, I'm still having stomach spasms - although the
gurgling has stopped. Sure wish I could figure out why my intestines are
spasming like this. Monday I can call for a doctor's appointment - finally!
We got enough of our medical records to satisfy the dragon at the desk.
Hopefully the doc can figure out the stomach mess. And I will finally get a
referral to a new rheumatologist. So things are looking up in that arena.

I have completed our Christmas shopping for the year. My DH is getting me a
keyboard. I'll get to play again! I'd like to learn the bass clef and play
with both hands, but until then, the keyboard is the best solution. I can
hardly wait. I picked it out and it's the Yaesu (DGX205MS) 76-Key Piano-Size
Keyboard. I don't want to say what I got him because he reads here
sometimes, too.

ROFL! That seems to be the general reaction when I say that.  I have always
been an overachiever.....

I already have Christmas ready as well--it is purely selfish--I can't do
Christmas in a hurry as I just can't, so I do it all year and by now have it
done--or it would not get doe!!  and to not have to wrap--fingers do not
like to wrap--I put thinks in baskets decorated--and then throw in a
Christmas bag and into the mail--is pretty and saves my poor fingers--Alix

Didn't you just move or something, or was that everyone else in this group? How
in the world did you manage Christmas shopping?

It's what I do.  Yes, we are still unpacking.  However we had the extra tub
(since we have two bathrooms) and it was just sitting there and I thought it
would be a great storage place for Christmas presents (hidden behind the
shower curtain) and so I started.  Once I started, I couldn't stop and now
it's all done.  I even have one box sealed for mailing and another ready to
go.

I can't help myself.....

The woman's out of control!!!!  heehee - I'm still looking for a birthday
gift for my sister's birthday this Sunday!  But we don't have to ship Xmas
gifts as we're flying down there on the 26th (may still ship one box ahead
though).  Shopping's tough here though.  I do a lot more mail order and i
suppose I'd best get organized soon.  But, I can have stuff shipped directly
to my mom's so I don't have to worry about carrying it down there......

Can't believe you had the energy to shop in the midst of settling in, DeeTee!
