Just got this from Caroline. -- MZ

Hey there. Will you tell SJ that John and I really appreciate her
cards. And she helped me to remember that his birthday is coming...
lol

Really good news -- we accepted an offer today. They need a home
inspection and that should be over by the 10 and closing is suppose to
be by the 30th. Zoooomm    I am nearly panic now that things are
moving so quickly. This too shall pass.

Leaving for Miami tomorrow morning as the airport is back open and the
hotel has power. Dance competition with Jimmy. It will probably be my
last so planning to have fun.

Tell everyone I miss them all and hope to return to ASA when I get
back. I have been sewing and just couldn't spare the time. And then
there was that awful cold that I STILL have. Not so bad now. It still
is juicy in the nose area which comes and goes during the day. What is
this -- week 5?

Mother was diagnosed with wet macular and they caught it quickly. The
retina specialist suggest she try a new drug [only approved by the FDA
for colen rectal cancer]. The dr.s have found that injecting this
stuff can stop and in some cases reverse the disease. it is one of the
mab drugs called Avastin. Newest info on a site medrounds. something
thinking org and in blog form. even 3 months ago they were using
infusions of it but discovered that injecting work just as well and
didn't fiddle with the rest of the body.

Wow, that is great news!  I'm so happy she has her house sold :)

Have fun at the dance competition. I watch them on TV sometimes, and I
wish I could dance....but nah, that wouldnt' be a pretty sight :)))  I'm
sure you'll do great!

Prayers that your cold goes away and for your Mom!

Hugs,
Carole :)

Mary, thanks for keeping us updated on Duckies quacking up. LOL Just had to
say that.

Tell her I said your welcome about the cards.

I hope the offer goes thru and all things turn out well and as you expected
it.

Good luck with the dance competition.

Hope you are better with the virus/cold thingy. Take care.

I hope her mother does well with the new drug and eye problem.

Love and hugs to all
Good thoughts coming your way too.
