Thanks Uv,
I am not, I am doing the treatments twice a day and if I have to I will up
them to 3-4 times. I can do that. It is still kind of loose, so I am hoping
this will soon go away now. But the pred got me. It had me thinking I was
superwoman. I overdid yesterday and am now paying in pain. ;-) wont do that
one again. I only did it because I have a online fms friend coming by on
Wed. So messed up.

I guess it is true when they say you can't teach a old dog new tricks. ;-)
