My friend is urging me to see a nurtitionist and use the recommended
arthritis regimen that is non-prescription types.  My friend swears Ligaplex
is really making a difference for her.

I've used Bextra and it was pulled off the market; so, I used a Relafin
generic (nabumetone) and had a very, very sensitive mouth; I next tried
Celebrex which started an ulcer - I'm ready for and need something besides
the Arthritis Tylenol which is not so good.

I would appreciate your input.

I don't know anything about the product you mentioned but glucosamine
and chondroitin have been used for OA and there has been a fair amount
of research behind it.  Dr Theo has a lot of information about G/CH on
his website.  He has started selling avosoy as well but I don't know
much about that product.   He used to not sell anything on his site
which made it easier to recommend his site  to people.   Note I am not
encouraging you to purchase  his supplements, but there is still some
good information on his site.

Thanks for your reply; I am also convinced of the effectiveness of G&C - I
have taken that for years with good results for my knees IMHO.
