I have only read about 4 new posts today. Is it really this quiet, or
are messages not getting through.
It is a beautiful sunny day here in the interior of BC. Good thing
too, as we are on strike. I have already walked the picket line for a
few hours this morning, and I am about to go back for my second shift.
Thankfully the joints are doing OK. Hopefully I will continue to do
well, as it appears as though this labour dispute will last for some
time.
I do have a sinus infection and am taking oral abx for that as well as
an antibiotic viscous liquid for my eyes. I have held off the enbrel
for one dose, but hopefully will be able to restart tomorrow.
Well, I had best be off. Hopefully the next three hours will go by
quickly.

Quiet from here. I've seen very few posts since last Friday. Maybe
everyone is just feeling good and off getting things done? Yeah right.

Hi Rose,
Just a quick note in here - on my way out the door again - but I have bought
myself a vick's personal steamer. Seems to be helping the sinus stay clear
so far touch wood. I have been off enbrel so much this year that I am
determined to keep the sinus infections at bay. It wasn't that expensive.
Hopefully you can keep those shifts short and bring along a folding chair.

I will try it.
I am one of those who did better on enbrel than remicade, so I hate
to see anything happen that would prevent me from taking it.

Nope that is all I got at that point too. Not just you.
Hope all goes well with the strike.
I hope you get over the infection quickly. Take care

We got back today after being gone to Mackinac Island for 3 days. Only 112
posts in that time. I think it's been quite quiet here. Came home really
hurting, but the pain is starting to ease up now. Hopefully a night's sleep
back in our own bed will do the trick, along with tomorrow's Enbrel shot.

(((((Rose))))))) I hate sinus infections.
Hope your strike is settled soon.
