Could any electropad be used with any
machine if they fit. I mean to say other than
the machine manufacturer.
Is the wider size of the pad is more
benefecial?
Thanks.

I didn't even know that there were other manufacturers!
I know that in the manual (OF COURSE!) it says not to even use
batteries that don't come from TENS.
I could check what it says for you when I get home tonight, if you
like...but I'm sure that it's going to say the same thing : (

Charlene, I'm using TENS now. The counselor(?) who set me up with my
machine told me to use any batteries. She suggested Dollar General in
specific. But she mails electrodes as I need them. I'm curious on the
electrode question myself about size.
Take care,

I myself use rechargeable batteries and you can use any kind with the 2
tens I have.
Different size pads depends on where you want to use them. Bigger the pad,
bigger the area, for me it is buns and back LOL. I use the smaller ones
for my neck or arm areas but have used the bigger ones. I also use the NON
allergic kind and they do take off easier and do not make me itch.

the benefit of the size of the pad depends upon what muscle group you need
to use it on. larger pads for larger mucles,; smaller for smaller and more
specific areas. (my machine uses 3 different sizes and has a variable
calibration) you might want to call and ask your physical therapist what
your machine is calibrated for and he'll know the answer to your questions.
or, you can call your machine's mfg. to ask those same questions.
