Have any of you worn Earth shoes to help eliminate back pain. I have
heard pro and con and actually bought a pair at $100.00 but they do
seem to bother me. What have your experiences been? Thanks, Lee

I wore earth shoes back in the 70's before I had back pain!  (if these
are the same ones!) I don't thin they would work for me anymore. If I
remember correctly the key to earth shoes was the "negative heel". I
think a more custom orthotic in a good fitting shoe is what will best
help your back. I just had a computerized "sketch" of my foot to get an
orthotic that matches my own foot. I've had less back pain since I've
started wearing them. Diane W

i had a pair of earth shoe sandals.  my feet were very happy in them, but my
back wasn't.  but then, i need a 3/4 inch orthodic heel lift in one of my
shoes to help my spine and one can't put that in a sandal.
