There is a sayint that pain is your bodies way of telling you not to do
something.  I'm guessing that would apply in this case.

I agree with Jo.  I would not mix creams use one or the other.  They
might be intensify each other when mixed.  I have used both at
different times and know that each can do a good job for different
levels of pain.

Take care,

Hi Jet,
I have used the Capzaicin (sp??, name brand) cream on my feet.
I had to stop using it on my feet-I don't know why, but days afterward,
somehow I think the cream was activating and my feet BURNED so badly.
I still use the cream, but no where near my feet, and in very, very
small amounts.
I hope this helps you somehow,
Char

And you need the cream because.....  Hopefully you have
seen a doctor.

my rules of thumb are:  1.  if it causes pain, when i'm trying to reduce
pain, then it's not helping--ditch it.  2.  never mix chemicals if you are
not a certified chemist.

since you did mix them and are suffering burning sensations, wash and rinse
the areas thoroughly.  if that doesn't help, call your local pharmacist to
find out what s/he might recommend to neutralize it.  if that doesn't help,
call your doctor asap.
