I would have posted right after Walt and family left here, but the
internet connection in my part of the hotel is screwed up and won't be
fixed until Tuesday. They've actually taken a smaller room out of
service and given me the key so I can use this for internet access
instead of having to change rooms altogether and then changing back.
(Since we were going to be here for three weeks, I got a big room and
they don't have anymore of those.) They also said that if they can't
fix it, they'll move us to a room with access and give us a night free.
Anyway, Walt and Wendy and Micah and Amanda stopped by here on their
way west and we had breakfast together. I cannot believe how quickly
those kids have grown!! I clearly remember them when they first moved
east from Utah. (Of course, my kids didn't stay little either!)
They looked tired but resolute for such a long drive. They'll be there
about a day and a half and then will be driving back to the Baltimore
area. Whew!

Thanks Dee Tee.
What a long drive!
