The infusion went well, took just two sticks to get the IV. Dr did a
joint count and said my joints were worse than two weeks ago but that
that's from the lack of kineret and the fact that I've been under a bit
of stress these past few days.

The nurse said they gave one patient her second infusion last week and
she called today to say she felt great! So I am hoping that by the gimp
picnic I'll be a new woman.

There were two people in the infusion room getting remicade. They were
VERY jealous that my infusion takes just a half hour verus the 2 hours
needed for remicade.

Right now I am just focusing on getting thru the next two days with
Nathan's calling hours and funeral. After that I think I am going to
get seriously drunk!!!

I haven't heard yet of abatacept?????
At least I dont think I have. Is that one of the new treatments coming
out?
I am on Enbrel, but it doesn't seem to be the miracle drug for me, that
it is for so many.
So Abatacept is another infusion, but a shorter one? How long do they
say it will be before you feel a difference?
Wow, I don't mean to be firing off questions at you.
I sure hope that it works for you and quickly,
Char2
