I have been suffering with pain in my hips for some time and cannot
find a real solution. Any suggestions will be more than welcome.
Regards to all.

Suggestion one - Don't double post

Google is weird that way, sometimes it throws two (or more) posts out
there.  I don't think it was the OPs intention to do it twice.

Excellent advice, but in the meantime, try soaking in a warm-to-hot
bath with Epsom salts, it will help relieve any swelling (a little bit,
and as we all know, every little bit helps).
