Thanks for the card Jo.....sorry I haven't popped my head in sooner.
I finally am getting over my Lupus flare, but have lung damage left
behind. No biggie, life goes on!
I have also gotten my glass studio up to snuff and added new
equipment. I am even selling my stuff on eBay! I only work 4 hours
/ 4 days a week in the studio...that's about all I can handle.
Well, I will poke my head at least once a day...
Hugs to all!

Your welcome Janet
I am sorry to hear about the Lung damage left behind from the Lupus.
Good to hear about your glass studio. I hope it works out great for you.
Take care of yourself. You are special to us.

Glad to see your name again. I had wondered what happened to you.

I too got a card from Jo. She sure keeps track of us. :-)
I have been missing you all and will try to tolerate google but
probably will be in and out. I've had a bad streak lately but am
hoping it is over. Am currently out on FMLA but will start popping
into work for a few hours here and there next week. I have been
enjoying quilting time since I haven't been able to garden this year.
I mentioned some of this in another post but this summer has sure bend
busy. My niece moved in with her baby (almost 5 months old now), our
home was burglarized, among the things taken were family heirlooms that
aren't worth anything to anyone but me. I broke my ankle, had a major
flare, broke my foot, and then for kicks spent a week in the hospital
for what I thought was a blown hip but it ended up being a bulged disk
at L5 pinching the nerve to the leg. It's now numb instead of the pain
I had (I like numb better). I passed several gimp milestones in one
fell swope, walker, cane, and gimp-pass application. But I'm still
kicking. Seems like everytime I go to work I have a different
appliance. Yesterday I stopped in and someone asked about the walker,
said please don't tell me it's your usual I did it walking excuse, so I
told him I threw my back out during wild sex. That should give me a
more exciting reputation. ;-0
Thanks for the card Jo. I promise to pop in more often. Don't suppose
anyone has an ASA family summary available?

You sure know how to have fun! LOL Kidding...
I am so sorry to hear about all that has been happening in your life.
Why do bad things happen to good people? (rhetorical)

Sarah,
I try to keep track of everyone but don't always cut it. ;-)
I wish things were going better for you. I know you could use a relaxation
time with no problems.
Getting older is not nice is it. I am not saying you are old. But I know you
probably feel like I do and feel like we are about 90 at least in body.
Your welcome on the card. I hope you can pop in from time to time and keep
us updated to how things are going. We do care.

Hope you manage to get well and stay that way for awhile.
Now, I haven't done it in awhile but while I was at my
mother's, there is a way to log in to AOL and then
minimize the screen while still on line through aol and
then open another browser. If you can set that up to
read email say through the German Newsgroup then you
can stay with AOL and still read ASA without having to
deal with Google. Really. Not hard Really!!
Get yourself a paid German newsgroup reader
http://news.individual.net/
and get your ASA friends back.

Janet, what's your ebay account name? I'd like to be able to follow your
listings. Who knows, I may be able to afford to buy some someday.:)

Janet,
Soooooo good to see you back!!! I was starting to worry about you and
wondered where you had gotten off to. I literally was just thinking of
you the other night and whispered a prayer that you were ok. What a
wonderful surprise to see you name back here in the group!!!
Like, Kelly, I, too, would love for you to post a link or your ebay name
so that we can follow your line of items that you are selling.
Hugs and happy dance to see you back!
