OTP: Getting Closer to a Home

We have identified the house we want. It a pre-manufactured home and
is beautiful inside and out. The owner has just put in about $3K of
landscaping. The rooms are big and open and .... okay I realize I am
babbling, but I am just so excited. Now we have to put a contract on
it, get financing and move in. So keep your fingers crossed for us.
The base is about 15 minutes away, the chapel is about 5 minutes away,
everything is there. It's a 55+ community so we will be around people
our ages.

DeeTee, hope everything works well and quickly, and that you will enjoy it
very much.
Imagine you have a pool, clubhouse, etc. to go along with the house. Will
you be buying or renting the property the house sits on?
