.....how to tell when you have overdone it.

Let's see, not only did I got a decent night's sleep last night but I also
napped this morning *and* fell aleep this afternoon.  I figure I slept an
extra 6 hours today.  Wow.  Once the humidity of the past week let up I felt
so good that I caught up on some chores, generally moved more and exercised
even.

I guess  extreme COLD or HEAT does the same thing--makes you SLEEP.

It also messes with your system--abdominal cramps!
