My new scooter is here, and has been on its in first run--the basket
popped off when going over a bump

Pace Saver III is its brand name.    Beautiful shiny red quiet as a
mouse and smooth riding

Hey--I can sneak up on people who drive me nuts!......LOL....Quite a few

What type of scooter (brand) do you have??

Yep!

Now I got two running scoots (the old one & new one).

The old one not covered for repair (medicare or medicaid).  New one--you
get every 5 years.

Scooter is made in the USA--not Canada

Told to charge it every night (no matter how much you use it) for 2
weeks

Scoot tech was here....he showed me that the yellow light on the scoot*
will turn to a fluorescent green color after just a couple seconds after
plugging it in.... when it is fully charged.

Scooter WAS already charged......just didnt realize it --

Good luck with it Bonnie.   Life is full of little pleasures and I think you
are going to enjoy your scooter.

I also had a problem with the basket popping off my Pride Revo. Got a short
bungee cord and wrapped it around the tiller post then hooked the ends over
the basket lip. Works great. Happy scooting!

Yeah, they ought to make th basket brackets longer so that it doesn't
pop the basket off so easy

thanks for the tip

The Scooter tech os coming to see why the scoots LED light are still
registered as charging--the orange lite has not turned green--after
being plugged in since 10 p.m. CDT  last night 7-28-05

Well ...at least thats what the instructions indicate

Scoot has a smell........the tech says it is because it is new.

Seemed to me like a battery smell--I believe they are sealed gel ones

Ever smell heavy smell of vinyl purses etc ?
