i've been having comcast newsgroup difficulties. comcast has changed from
giganews to comcast newsgroups on the 15th, which meant all of their comcast
clients had to reset all the account data with new data. i did it
correctly, but it didn't work. their upper level technician is supposed to
be calling me this evening to help me access my newsgroups. it simply will
not accept my log-in password, no matter what the lower level tech, i worked
with over the phone, did. so, i'm really not sure when this will be
straightened out :(

LOL! i'm sorry gwen. the tech called me 5 hours earlier than she was
supposed to. i was out in the spa-room filling the hot tub and felt like a
spider on a tricycle trying to figure out what to do first, cuz she called.
