Hi Cooley,,,,  I am sooo sorry to say that I had a mental fart when thinking
of where Missouri City is.   It is not down my road at all.
It is where my youngest son used to live down highway 59 which your daughter
is going to drive each day to get to the zoo unless she uses highway 288
which will get her home faster but has its peak times problems also.   So it
goes.
