This site promotes herbs, spices and oils which may help with
Arthiritis, especially Turmeric Extract (Curcuma Longa, Curcumin) and
DHA (the most important part of fish oil):-

www.turmericextract.com

The turmeric extract is standardised to 95% curcuminoids - therapeutic
strength. Turmeric Extract is an anti-inflammatory but prossibly does
not suppress Cox-2 but rather suppresses something in its pathway
instead - it may be a suitable alternative to recently withdrawn
medications. In any case it has no history of side-effects and is widely
used in India.

Recipe:-
1 teaspoon ( 1 gm) of Turmeric Extract powder
2-3 capsules DHA, Salmon Oil or Flaxseed Oil

Method:-
Open capsules and mix powder into the oil until dissolved. Open mouth
and swallow. Turmeric has no flavor or odour. May be mixed into your
favourite yoghurt.

Take once or twice per day.
