I got a voicemail from Joe saying that he and Mary had made it to Astoria
yesterday and are planning to be in Portland this afternoon. I'll try and
get in touch with him later today.

Joe just called me and he is in Portland and looking forward to
meeting everyone. He is checked in at the Marriott, so this should be
fun. I am taking 4 bottles of wine so we should have a good tasting.

The other good news is that our storm is not looking too bad. It did
not come in the way they anticipated so we have just had light
showers. They are backing off the long term showery forecast a bit,
still showers tomorrow but nothing like they were predicting. Yahooo
good news! -- MZ
