it is my home page on Netscape and I noticed last night
that it didn't load. Today it is loading the index.
Don't tell me the same idiots that crash
arthritisinsight is back at work. Speaking of that, it
looks like arthritisinsight is selling out. Ads at the
top touting 'cures'. I won't send someone else there
again on purpose. If they weren't ads [did not click on
them as they offended me by their presence] then they
should be labeled as articles. They also should be
labeled as ads which was not obvious to me.

Hi Duckie,

I just asked Kimmy this afternoon about rheumorweb and here is what she
said:

Re: Rheumorweb.com?

Hiya Donna!

You're not dreaming - they're having server problems. They're trying to
get it fixed but it seems to be taking longer than they hoped. Hopefully
we'll be back up soon.

Hugs,
Kimmy

Hi Kimmy,

Am I dreaming, or has something happened with the rheumorweb site?

Can't seem to access it at all for the last couple of days.

Sorry to bother you with this, as I know your plate is way over full!

Hugs!

I swear it never stops. Our message boards are still down. Waiting on
tech support to reload them for me. Grrrr...

We've got a backup now - temporary boards for when the site goes down.
Don't know why it took me so long to think of doing this but
http://fadedjeans.com/forum will be a meeting place when we've got no
where else to go.

Hugs,
Kimmy

I just cruised through there and didn't see ads.  I have an agressive
pop up blocker so maybe they blocked it.  -- MZ

I saw them, too. They don't look like ads right off, actually blend in well
with the page layout, but they are definitely links to 'cures'. Kinda makes
me sad.

when I saw them, they were ads "sponsored by Google" - don't know what the
link is though that leads him to accept Google's paid ads on HIS (OURS!)
site!

I just peaked again and they are there
site name
line
home.updates.contact.....
line
paragraph of text
space
4 items one of which says Grandma's arthritis cure.

I did click on it and it takes you to a site which
seems to be selling all sorts of things including emu
oil. As hard as we work to have people understand that
they need to see a RD and get REAL treatment, this does
not help. I will no longer send anyone to the site
knowingly. I didn't try any of the other links there.
One was enough.
