The realtor put the house up internally this morning (to the world tomorrow)
and called me and said he had people in line waving money and could they
start showing it tomorrow. I told him we weren't ready yet, but I didn't
care if they came through or not. They'll just have to take us as they find
us. I am having people come up and ask at the door who heard about it
through word of mouth from neighbors. Somehow I don't think we're going to
have any trouble selling this place. LOL all the way to the bank!!!

Wow, sounds like you're in a much livelier market than the Duckster! You
ought to be able to get a really good price, and I know that will buy a lot
more house in Ohio!
