legs, numbing and tingling

Hi Everyone,
Hope you all had a safe and fun weekend.

I am having alot of prob with tingling and numbing type pain in my
legs...feeling of restlessness. I have tried Gabitril but it doesn't do
anything but give me insomnia and nightmares when I do get to sleep!

Can you suggest anything that has helped you?

Hi Polly, When I had that it was a problem with the small of my back.
With stretching and watching what and how I do things, it took 2 years to go
away. I would also loose feeling in my right leg at odd times. On stairs,
it can be deadly.

Ps I hope that what you are taking is prescription medicine from your
doctor.

I don't have numbness in my legs [do in my hip] but do
have restless legs. I am on 300-600mg of Neurontin
daily for it and it has really changed my life. I love
this drug.

I also take neurontin. I take 800mg 3 times a day. it does help the
neuropathy and restlesless legs for me
