This is in response to the person who said he pulled
muscles in his neck and shoulder while moving.
Last August I had a similar experiance. I was feeding
my dog who is on a plastic covered cable and some
how I got my foot caught up in it and down I went! Latter
that day I could hardly move my head or right arm. My
brother came over with a tube of cream and rubbed some
on and within a half hour the throbing and pain was gone.
I bought some and use it to control the fibromyalgia I have
had for years. You can read about it at: www.feelpainfreetoday.com
