Got home to a message about last date to book room is
tomorrow for Oregon. Something is not right as she said
only one person had booked so far and I know there is
at least one other I know about. I will call now but
just wanted to post this as I was afraid I would forget.
Did anyone else remember the cut off date as June 2?

I booked last night, and the site said that the group rate was no longer
available. Not much difference as I just went ahead and used the senior
rate. I thought the cutoff was May 17th and last night told myself, darn it
must be past midnight for the website. Today I realize that today is only
the 16th.

I really don't think they are all really coordinated as to who has booked
and pulling up the information.

I just called Elizabeth Burke at the Marriott and she
is going to try and be sure you get the lowest of the
two rate.

Hi,
I just check on Jo's reservation through our reservation system and the date
got of it got changed to May 15, and it said from Elizabeth. I made Jo a
new reservation at the gimpfest rate. Jo I e-mailed you the specific
information.

Also, I found reservations for Kelly and Duckie. I'd be glad to check on
anybody elses to confirm things. Cutoff date is listed as Tuesday.

I definitely booked and did it online, using the code given to me by Karen.
I called after getting your email and am on the computer under just my name,
with the group rate. Also, of interest to me at least, I only booked one
room, with the thought that I could maybe add another night later. Martha
(the lady I talked to) said that she thinks I could get it at the lower
group rate, even after tomorrow, because of my getting the first night at
the group rate.

We'll see what happens as we get closer. Also, my friend Lisa will be
staying with me and Rachel in our room. She's a gimp groupie, but a lot of
fun and I am so glad she'll be coming along. You guys will love her.

I have a two bedroom suite and John and I are only
using one bedroom. :) It says on my conformation that
the room is for one but that would be stupid so I am
not worried about it. But your names are not there as I
wasn't sure how to do that...
