I finally got out of the house today and did some shooting at my
favorite lake. I used to walk there, now I have to drive, but at least I
can get there :)

Here's the piccies :)

haven't looked at the pictures yet, but want to say how glad I am that you
were able to get out and do some shooting!  I'm sure it was good for the
psyche.

Yes, it was Nann. I've always loved the water and it's one of the
reasons I chose this apartment. The lake is a wonderful place to sit and
think and have some quiet time to commune with nature :)

Sooo nice, Carole! I can totally see me lounging on the dock, watching the
birds go by.

I don't know Duckie, I just shoot 'em :)  It could be though as my Mom
used to have azaleas and they looked a lot like those.

And if anyone wants to come and visit and sit on the dock, you are all
more than welcome :)

beautiful pictures.  I can see why the lake was a factor in your decision to
live there!  And I do think the bushy white and pink flowers are some variety
of azalea - the leaves and branching habits look right.  (Info I didn't
realize I know about azaleas - guess some good came from those years of
nuturing them and pruning them down south!)
