Well, my first injection was on Wednesday (4/13) around 14:00 (2:00 pm
MDT).  So far, so good.  I can actually make a fist of my left hand,
without any pain (Oh My Freakin' God), that's been more than year.  I
can "close" my right hand further than I've been able to for at least 3
months (but it does hurt).

Today, my knees and and hips feel well enough that I'm noticing my feet
hurt.  Who can imagine it's a good thing when one can feel their feet
hurt?

Please, please, please, let this keep working (looking up).

So far, I'm liking this (and the numbing the area prior to the shot was
an outstanding suggestion, wish I could remember who told me that so I
could THANK you profusely!).  At any rate, it seems to be working, and
I am such a happy "little" girl.

Touch wood!  I don't want to tempt fate (or whatever), but I am
actually *able* to cross the fingers on my left hand, and I'm just
flying over this!

May others find something that works, and that they can afford, I want
everyone here to have hope (considering how little I ended up with
before Tri-Care).

Can't tell you how much I appreciate ALL of you.

LOLOL   It could of been  any of us on the suggestion but you do not get a
good reaction like this without it is going to be OK for you.   Good news
for sure.

I love happy posts like this. Enjoy the feeling. I
remember when I started Gold. They told me that it
would be a couple of months before I noticed it. After
the 2nd or third shot I had gone out to the station to
make the next appointment. I was standing in line
looking at my hands and was touching my thumb to my
little finger. I was so occupied with the new sensation
of being easily able to make a fist that the lady
behind the desk ask me if I was okay. Fine. I'm fine.
Actually didn't want to tell her why I was looking at
my hands like that because I thought that maybe the
good feeling was a bad side affect that happened before
the drug was supposed to take effect. Long ago. What
did I know. That was August of 1992. Enjoy a good side
affect. :)
