I have been using this news-server from Germany for a long time, but
yesterday and today it keeps asking for my password repeatedly and does
not let me in. Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can
contact them? I have forgotten how I contacted them before. Thank you
very much for your help.

Check the email address that you registered with them. They sent you an
email informing you that they were changing to a pay service several
months ago. You can pay and regain access by going here:

They went to a "pay" service, did you sign up for the pay service? Not
sure what the address is, but someone else doesn't know, I can see if I
can find it.

From 1 April 2005 they became a pay service charging Euro 10 per
year. Have you paid?
