I saw the Infectious Disease Doctor today and he found something wrong with
me THAT CAN BE FIXED! I know that must seem like a really strange thing to
get excited over but usually it's the other way around. My IGG is low on
several levels and he feels very strongly I will have a good response to
IVIG. Monthly infusions at his office. That's all I know right now cause I
haven't had time to google it I'm sure there must be a down side - isn't
there always? But for the next few hours I'm going to go to my son's
lacrosse team and watch him get to play (it's a bad opponent so he'll get a
turn) and relish this high. I'll worry about the details later. Thanks for

Diane, that's wonderful news and I'm excited for you. I know it sounds
funny to be so happy when they find something wrong, but it makes
perfect sense to me. Better the devil that you know (and can fix) than
the devil you don't know.
