Hi folks,
DSL rocks! Finally have it installed at home and it is amazing. Of course
everything changes with it now. Earthlink doesn't provide service in our
area so I will lose them. I really liked Earthlink, been with them many
years. Now MSN Premium is included with the DSL as well as Verizon Service.
It is costing me $8 a month more than I'm paying for dial-up. I'm keeping
Earthlink 'till I get back from vacation so I can try to keep up from Fla.
Without a dial-up I'm not sure how I could access my DSL accts.

On another note, leaving Fri. morning for a quick weeks vacation. Won't be
enough, but it is better than nothing.

Mike won 3 awards for his Traveling League in bowling. Plaque for a 600
series (150 or more pins over average), plaque for a 248 game (75 pins or
more over avg), and $50 in scholorship money for 2nd high handicap game in
the league. Pretty proud of that boy. Now if I could just get him to do his
homework.....lol.

Dads having a knee replaced again at 83. Brothers having a knee replaced for
the first time this week. Told them I wasn't going to try to keep up with
them any more!

I see doc tomorrow for previous elbow surgery. Should be the final visit.
Need him to clear me for golf as we are getting near being playable here. It
is actually light out when I get up now.

Sighting of first robins last Friday (for me.) Yippeeeeeee!!

w0w! a 600 series and 75-over is awesome bowling for a kid! (purdy durn
good for an adult too.) congrats on getting DSL, gary. what's MSN premium?
good luck with your appmt. and i hope you're golfing soon! will keep your
brother in my healing thoughts. when is your dad having the surgery?
where's your vacation taking you? hope you have a great time, wherever that
is!

Hi Kate,
At this new point I have no idea what msn premium means!
Brothers surgery is this week and dads is on the 8th of April.
doc is really trying to hold me down for golfing. Says I can swing all I
want,but no digging into the ground with a club. hmmmm,there goes the short
game. Asked him when this whole thing began if I could play golf in the
afermath. He said "could you play golf before?" Seems to me his answer was
yes, now he is hedging. Oh well. I know I am going to go through some pain
with the arm being used, but to me that is normal recovery stuff. He's
probably right, I'm definitely stubborn!
Vacation is back to Orlando for the 3rd time. This will be our last trip for
awhile there. Going to check out a couple new things, a couple of old
things, and rest a bunch. A week is a short time. A day at Daytona Beach to
visit some local friend who are vacationing at the same time.

homework thing. hehehe
Two knees in one family -- I don't blame you Gary.
Trying to keep up with that is not important.
