NG back on my ISP

I waited until yesterday afternoon to call my ISP again and this time got a
lady who sounded as if she knew what she was doing. Asked a bunch of
questions and said tech would check it out and call back within 24 hours.
Well, tech didn't call, but the NG is back on and working so I won't
complain about not getting a call.

glad they got you back up, gwen. it's the pits when you can't do a thing
about it yourself.
