seems you have some bone spurs at this level

L3/4,L4/5 AND L5/S1 DISCS REVEAL DEGENERATIVE DEHYDRATION.
your discs are drying out here. It might be advisable to start glucosamine
treatment.

L4/5
> SHOWS DIFFUSE POSTERIOR BULGE,AND POSTEREO CENTRAL PROTRUSION,INDENTING
> THE VENTERAL THECAL,
you have a disc bulging at this level. It is bulging into the spinal canal
where the spinal cord is. Around the spinal cord is a tube that contains the
spinal fluid. The bulge is pressing the tube in this spot. It may be
pressing in far enough to be touching the spinal cord, but it doesn't really
say.

there are quite a few other things, can anyone help

I am a layman and not a doctor. You should get a full report from him.
Doesn't sound disastrous to me. Bulging discs can heal with time, or they
may not. I am not a doctor.

I thought I was putting up a pretty good front and you had to blow my
cover! lol
I'm still not a doctor though.

along with what gary said, it appears you may have degenerative disc disease
in those locations and osteophytes are calcifications indicative of
arthritis.
