After arguing with the nurse from hell last week who could not tell me my lab
results because the dr hadn't seen them, I called today. The nurse who answered
read me the results. When I asked if I could restart my meds, she said "Hmm, I
don't know. The Dr hasn't seen these yet." WHAT??????

Anyways....the white count is dropping, down to 13 something now. Not normal
but a vast improvment. The problem is that now my H and H is dropping too. No
one seems to know what is going on. The good news is that he gave me the okay
to start my kineret, but not the mtx (who cares! hate that stuff anyways!).

Labs were faxed to my PCP who will decide what the next step is in figuring out
what is going on.

When do you get to 'talk' with your doctor. I want to
know when you tell him about the nurse who couldn't
actually read well enough on Friday to tell you those
results.

Duckie,
I probably won't get to speak one on one with my RD til my March
appointment. I promise you that he will hear about then.

Did speak to my PCP yesterday who ordered another CBC for Monday.
Hopefully this one will be normal!

Well be sure to print out what you said about what
happened. He should see it in black and white with
fresh detail eyes. :)  Till March -- I await -- the
smallest of flies on the wall....
