thank you Jan, you do make me feel better. I have lost the use of my hands.
cant lift only a spoon and light magazines. it is no fun when there are so
many things to do. God Bless you audie
Audie,
Your welcome, glad I can do something other than complain. Helping to
make someone feel better is a good thing. Right now I'm just feeling
sorry for myself because It's been awhile since I've flared liked this.
Meds had been working well up till now. I'm new to the group and I have
a lot of history. I've had RA for 15 years. I'm not new to surgery
but this is the first time I've been up for a second go at the same
joints.

I broke my wrist replacement and had to have it redone.
Same recoup time, lots less pain due to the fact that
no bone was cut the second time. And I knew what rehab
was to be and actually started it gently when the cast
began to get loose. lol By the time it was off, the OT
said my flextion [sp] was perfect for a wrist
replacement. The first one I had overdone the exercises
they gave me and went beyond the accepted flextion [sp]
between the first visit and the next one. Over achiever me.

Hi Audie,
I think in one of my previous posts I said I had RA 15 years but It's
been 25 typo I didn't catch. How have you dealt with it for so long??
It's starting to wear me down pretty good. Do you type or have a voice
recognition software? I'd like to post more but it really puts a
strain on my joints.
