Id like for anyone that would to pray for a friend of mine. His name is Marty and he also has rheumatoid like myself, only his is in a further stage. He was rushed to the hospital this morning when he couldnt breathe and his kidneys were failing. They have him in stable condition right now. Thanks, Sandy i'm sorry to hear this, sandy. prayers on their way for marty. diane I am so sorry for waiting so long to give you guys an update on Marty. Ive been really sick and going through a lot lately. My husband left me, on top of everything else. I want to thank all of you for your prayers. Marty stayed in ICU for 2 weeks. His kidneys did fail. He now has to be on dialysis. We almost lost him a couple of times. The doctors said that it was the meds hes been on for over a year. Celebrex, Prednisone and methrotrextate. They took him off all of it for now. They got 20 lbs of fluid off of him. Hes home now but hes very weak and tired. Please continue to pray for him and maybe throw one in for me. As far as me, Im doing okay. Matter of fact,Im doing better since alcoholic hubby left. Im not under as much stress now. All I can do now is to take it one day at a time. But Im gonna be okay. Sandy Just wanted you to know I have had you and Marty in my prayers since I first saw this post the day you posted it. I just haven't gotten around to respond, too busy. ;-) I am sorry so much is happening in your life. I wish things would settle down for us all. That was alot of fluids they got off Marty.
