question about Milk thistle

I have been taking the drug for positive TB test and mtx my recent liver
test showed it is starting to climb up and I have read about people taking
milk thistle, what dosage the bottle says 3 times a day, I am taking 2 times
but it seems to flare up my hay fever symptoms, wasn't sure what dosage you
needed to help the liver tests go down.

Becky, I take two 175 mg tablets a day. I started taking it as soon as I
started on meds that effect the liver, and mine has never been up. And I
have had liver problems in the years past.
