i've been trying to find the words to a poem called, "santa claus' wife" by
katharine lee bates (composer of 'america the beautiful') that was
published, 1899, in "santa claus on a sleigh ride" (one of a set of 32
books).

i just cannot seem to connect with this elusive poem and i've tried web
searching for the words every year for the past 7 years.   it's one of my
favorites from my childhood (know half the words by heart) and i want a copy
of it to share with my grandsons.   i can find a bazillion references to it,
but not the poem itself.

i'll be grateful for any ideas and/or suggestions that lead me to it.
