my neurologist's appmt. is at 2pm.  got the forms filled out, assembled all
the radiology reports and lab test results and typed out 2 pages of the
stuff i mentioned here and then a bit more that i didn't mention.  i've been
fighting the white-coat-itis urge to cut and run for the past couple of
weeks.  i'm surprised i didn't cancel the appmt., it got so bad.  but, i'm
here now, ticking off the minutes before i leave; occasionally making myself
even more nervous than i am already, with the fractured fairytales my mind
keeps coming up with.  i keep thinking i get lost in a paper bag looking for
my groceries, how am i going to find this place?   have been too nervous to
eat anything this morning or for lunch.  one can of pop has lasted me since
7a.m. and is still 2/3's full.

what if, what if, what if . . .
