Doesn't this beat all. Some entrepaneur from Seattle has orginized a
ferry service to Victoria which is on vancouver Island, BC. For $105
US you get return ferry service and a flue shot. Maybe some shopping
and lunch afterwards. Stay overnight and have a second honeymoon.
It made the national new tonight.
Can you provide a link to the story? Is this rate per person, or per
vehicle? The crossing from Port Angeles to Victoria cost my family of 3 $60
each way with the car. $150 from Seattle, round trip sounds like a bargain.

This is per person - no car. The clipper is the passenger only from
downtown Seattle to downtown Victoria. My fare was $80.00 Canadian 3 weeks
ago (internet special) and the flu shot would be an additional $30.00 at a
pharmacy here. The clipper link is http://www.victoriaclipper.com/ The flu
shot is mentioned on the side.

Thanks, Kelly. That clears things up a bit.
