The RD's office has found a way to continue my Remicade
on Monday's.   I've had 2 since the square dance convention.
Funny how they can find ways when there's danger of
losing $$$$ from an expensive drug patient.  <g>

I developed a soreness/tenderness in the right shoulder,
continuing down the arm to the hand.  So it was off to 6
PT sessions with some electro-shock that sure fixed
whatever the problem was.  Learned some new ROM
exercises for the shoulders and arms.

Also had a nerve conduction test on the hand to rule out
CTS as I use the mouse very, very little as I work/type
in DOS most of the day.

Had a pulmonary test and x-rays to see extent of ASA on
the rib cage and breathing because it had been 2 years
since the last one -- and I've developed shortness of
breath ever since that damn hormone injection in 8/02.
It was extremely scary in 9/02, then improved a bit.
After the test and x-rays, it was off to a CT scan of the
chest/lungs for a better prospective of things.

So, at this stage I'm awaiting the results of the pulmonary
test and the CT scan on August 9th.   Can't believe Mary
and I have TWO Monday's with no appointments.  <g>
Usually there are 2, 3, 4 every Monday between her PC
and RD and my PC and RD, lab work, x-rays, etc, etc.

Meanwhile, Mary and I continue to dance 2 or 3 nights
a week, but I'm limiting myself to everyother tip.  It's fun,
it's low (zero) impact, but I do not want to overextend
myself and the joints.

BTW, when I eventually get e-mail straightened up,  add
"ASA" to any subject line so I'll know it's from someone
in the group.

I am glad Joe that you got the Remicade appts straightened out. I was
worried about that till we talked and you told me about them.

I hope the other tests go well for you and you have good results.

I am finally getting my blood checked for AS. ;-)

You and Mary take care and lots of hugs and love to you both.

Love and hugs to all
Good thoughts coming your way too.
