ladies and gentlemen...
I am so sorry I got so overwhelmed the last few days and babbled on
about my fears, etc.! I am really embarrassed...
The past month has been so emotionally draining and physically
challenging that I think I just gave in. Then this week, there was the
joy of Josh joining us...and coping with the disappointment of not
being there (yeah, like I could really do anything:)
I  felt like I was in a mental washing machine--being tossed around,
up and down, almost drowning in so many different feelings. Usually, I
can handle these things better...darn, I guess I'm not another Mother
Teresa yet <s>

Anyway, please know that I appreciate your support and caring and
encouragement more than I can put into words!

Showing support to others most often helps both people. Most people
naturally enjoy helping other people. Especially if it is someone they
feel attached to in some manner. I believe many people in this group
feel attached to each other if for no other reason than the common
bond of arthritis. Therefore, I would suggest that your friends in
this group benefit from attempting to help you just as much as you
benefit from having a place to vent your feelings. Therefore, there is
no reason to say you are sorry. You are helping other by allowing them
to help you.

{{{{{Donna}}}}},
Don't you dare apologize or be embarrassed, okay? : )  You have been thru so
much this past year, it's amazing that you can even 'talk' at all. You needed
to talk and we're all family here. You have been here for all of us many, many
times. Now, it's your turn for hugs and support. Please let us return the
favor. That's what friendship is all about...being there, in good times and
bad.
Sending you tons more hugs and prayers...Better days ARE coming!
(p.s. Congratulations on your new grandbaby! So very exciting!)
   Love, Patty

nothing to be embarrased about at all.  I think we all could tell that it was
just all getting overwhelming for you.  We all have those times and friends
are wonderful things to have at those times.  It's rather nice to know we're
some of the people you go to with these feelings and fears.  :)  You gave us
a chance to return some of the support you give us.

You've had more ups and downs than anyone should have to deal with over the
past 18 months.  You are allowed to feel overwhelmed once in a while!

Ditto and amen to that!

Donnah, isn't that why we all hang around here? We may have come for info
and help initially, but we stay because of the friendship. And friends hang
in with other friends, no matter what.

I'm not even sure what it is you think sounded to embarassing. Nothing
you've written or done sounds over the top to me.

Keep plugging away, day by day or hour by hour. We are here if you need us.
Hope the new rocking chair works better.

Donnah, that's why we are all here :)  We love ya!!  So don't worry, and

here and vent :)))

Life is better after a good vent :)

And you are apologizing for being human? You don't need to you know. And
I bet the babbling was really good for you. Whenever you feel the need,
you babble some more. We love you you know.
