You're not using broadband are you Andy? There seems to be a problem with UKers
on broadband trying to access the site. I'm told it's blocked for some reason.

As it happens yes I am. I used to be cable broadband and I got it. I
got it on dialup, but now I'm ASDL broadband and I can't get it?
strange, anyone else on ASDL broadband in the UK getting it?

We're stumped. Here's what one of our members has suggested trying. Maybe these
links will work for you. -Kimmy
"...Well looks like the packet makes it to Virginia, A router at XO
Communications, and then then kicked back to London. I'm not sure where the AI
data center is, Looks like Boston. I see the host is hosting.com but some times
a copmpany has a couple different data centers in different cities. It appears
to me that the packet is kicked back before it gets to the AI data center.
Just for fun try http://216.248.198.74
and for the heck of it try this address, its the AI chatroom.

Yep
http://64.85.20.108:8329
works fine for me and I'm on (AOL) broadband in the UK. Might depend
on the ISP I suppose.

wanted it was http://arthritisinsight.com or http://216.248.198.74
whichever you prefer.

Kimmy,
I asked my UK ISP to check it out their reply to me was as follows:
"Message = Hi andy
Have checked the site and it appears to be down at their end. We did a
DNS check and the site is based in the US and their servers appear to
going up and down like a yo-yo at the moment.
Unfortunatley there is not a lot we can do I'm afraid."
So back to you, as they say in all good replies.
Could it be your server is on of one of Duckies diets?
LOL

Well that's just odd because I haven't had any problems getting to the site
lately. The only problems accessing the site have been UK broadband (those on
dialup can get on just fine). I checked the network status page and we don't
have any servers acting up at the moment. I don't have a clue what's going on.
Sorry you can't get to the site.

Not to worry, I'm sure it will all come out in the wash. Just thought
I'd flag it up.
Take care
