Just to let you know. I might be down for awhile. I am saying messages to
respond to when I can.
I am in so much pain and having allergy attacks bad which of course is
sending off more pain. So it is an endless process right now.
My body decided to rebel big time and I am popping out one area and then
popping it back in and popping out another area and so on. So I will be back
as soon as I can.
If my one son gets down this weekend with the other puter for my bedroom
maybe I can be on then if I don't get back before than.
I am reading all messages. I can get in here to print them out quickly and
then lay in bed reading them.
I can't type much. Just this right now is killing me but I wanted to let you
know why I am missing in action right now.
Letting you also know as I read printed out messages I am sending my
thoughts your way even though I can't respond right now.
Love and hugs to all. Prayers and good thoughts, and healing vibes to all
that need them.

I came back in here tonight because I am in so much pain I can't lay either.
So figured I might as well do something contructive like reading the group
and answering some posts.
At least If I have my mind on supporting others, I can get my mind off this
damn pain. Hopefully anyways.
The darn humidity is now 75% and the dewpoint is 54% so I know that is what
is kicking it up.
Thanks for the prayers and hugs.
I know I will always have something to read here. We all talk alot. ;-)

Squirrely Jo, just take it as you can. I hear you about the humidity, that
seems to get to me more than heat these days. I thought I'd be going to a/c
yesterday, but thank goodness the humidity dropped a lot!
(((((((((SJ))))))))) you need a few good days and I hope and pray they come
soon!

Yea, I know! A couple of weeks ago when I got away for a few days I came
back and there were over 600 messages! Now if we could use up more
calories typing messages, we'd all be thin :-)))

I hope you feel better soon. I know how frustrating those sleepless
nights spent pacing are. I hope the 'puter distractions help you. You are in
my thoughts and prayers. Take good care, Marsha

Its the middle of the day and the humidity here is 45%. Jo, where did this
come from and how can we send it back? I think I'm melting. Ladies are
only supposed to glow, but my hair is all wet and dripping down my back.
(For those who think we are wimps to complain about a little humidity, we
are used to 15% to maybe 20% this time of year. It's our trade off for many
days well over 100 degrees.)

Thank you all.
This morning I am hoping the pain is really better. The last few morning I
get up and for about an hour I think the pain if better but then my body
says forget you lady, we hurt.
Adelle, I am hoping the weather does break soon or something. This is hard
to do with no meds to help.
Thanks for the visulization idea. I will try it.
Nann, I have to keep putting on our a/c then if it gets too cool in here my
bones are rebelling because of the cold. Catch 22 here.
Jo, your humidity must be doing slightly better than ours. It has been up to
78% humidity and 60 % dewpoint. Yesterday I was watching the humidity drop
and the dewpoint going up. I really hurt then.
Someone told me it has to do with the humidity, dewpoint and pressure. I was
talking with someone in Lousiana and they said the way ours jumps around it
is worse than just having the humidity part. I don't know if that is true.
but my body I think is trying to tell me it is. Yeah I take notice we are
paying the price because we are not up in the 100's.
But then again this month is not over yet. ;-)
Right now it is the hip bruised. That is from the hip popping out and then
popping back in. I have swelling there too. So can't sit comfortable. then
go lay down and it is the shoulders and neck upper back stuff. Then sitting
here it is the shoulders neck and arms. So no position is pain free. But I
shall survive.
I figured if I am going to hurt laying and sitting and at the puter. Might
as well be at the puter, doing something I love to do, communicating with
you all.
At least then I can say well I have a reason for the pain.

Hang in there! The weather's got to break eventually. hope you start to feel
better soon!
Have you ever tried visualization? When it gets bad, I think of the pain
radiating out my skin. I have to get really quiet and still for it to work.
It works for me because instead of the pain kind of building up in my body
or pain from the top of a joint reinforcing the pain from the bottom of a
joint, it all goes out my skin. And if it's outside my body, I can't feel
it. A labor instructor taught it to me and it has really helped.
