I have the book with the instructions and lots of recipes. I bought it, but
since I am a vegetarian it had way too much meat in it and it is hard to
substitute. Anyway, I don't know if it is allowed here, but I would be
willing to sell it. It's new...no damage. Email me privately if you are
interested.

I don't know how palatable they are, but the web site has a lot of
vegetarian alternatives.
