Yep Becky - what Jo says. Whining is absolutely allowed here and even
encouraged. Sometimes just writing the words down are all that is needed
to boost your spirits. Sometimes it takes a lot more.
So what kind of cheese would you like with your whine. :)

Carol and Jo thanks for the encouragement! I really didn't it, I am about
ready to go crazy. IT is a blessing that I am on summer vacation from my
job, have the next 2 months off. I just wish I could start the mtx and get
going. I am not sure if any of you know or have interstitial cystitis it is
really painful and depressing, but I know that RA can be also. I also am
suffering from allergies and sinus stuff really bad. One question I did
have is can RA make you feel just like you have the flu? Kinda nausea and
headache and no energy> I haven't really thought that some of this could be
the RA, I just figured that it was the joint pain but am wondering if all my
symptoms aren't related. I forced myself to go to the gym today for 45
minutes, that usually helps me, for some reason I just fell like all I want
to do is give up and cry. I know that is not good for me.
Thank you to all of you kind people who have responded to me, it is a
blessing to talk to others that can relate to what you are feeling,
sometimes I think that my family thinks that I am a hypochondriac (sp). I
just wish that they could all understand how it feels to feel like CRAP
almost everyday ay of your life.
Thank you all again and wishing all of you a painfree and wonderful weekend
coming up.

Yes, yes and OH GAWD YES. All forms of inflammatory arthritis can. My
particular brand is PA (psoriatic arthritis) rather than RA, but it is kind of
six of one, half a dozen of the other.

It absolutely, positively can and does! In surveys, people generally say the
fatigue that comes with inflammatory arthritis is worse than the pain is, and
I have to agree witht hem.

BTDT (been there, done that) and still do it. I generally like to exercise
at least some and have had to learn when I should and shouldn't push myself
to do something. I still get it wrong a lot of times. I'm lucky in that I
have a husband who sometimes gives me a penetrating sort of look and asks,
"are you REALLY sure about doing this?" I usually think twice when he asks
like that.

Becky,
Yes, I can see that it would be a blessing with you on vacation right now. I
hope the med works and doesn't mess with your IC. I feel for you with the
sinus and allergy stuff. I also suffer from it. I know it is not fun.
I hope that with the new method that your RD said to do on Sat works well
for you.
