Leaving for a conference and just wanted to pop in and let you guys know that I
will be gone for about a week.  Don't send out the posse.

ROFLMAO!!!   Gee, does Sarah get to write off that part of her
conference???

I actually thought of all of you this past weekend.   My sister got
married on May 5th and had her wedding reception last weekend outdoors.
My brother who owns a hardware store and also does rental items brought
down a moon walk thing for the kids (which they absolutely loved!) and
he also brought down one of those old fashioned slushy machines that has
two seperate square glass containers that constantly mixes and keeps the
liquids at just a perfect slushy texture.   Well, in one side of it he
had this blue raspberry mix for all the kids and I swear those kids
drank gallons of the stuff.  Everyone of them had blue tongues all day
long.   The other side had a lime/lemon based slush that he posted a
sign on that this was only for the adults.   Needless to say, it was
being used all night long for making margaritas and I thought "boy, I
know a lot of ASA'ers and AI people who sure would be loving this set
up"   ROFL!!!   I can tell you the drinks were yummy!

Ahh, the best laid plans.  Got into the Akron area too late and too pooped to
party.  I did get to visit KJ yesterday morning.  The trip went fine.  It was
tough being off meds and not being able to do everything I wanted but I got to
see the Liberty Bell and the even the room where the Constitution was signed.
Had a Philly Cheesesteak, yummy.  I even learned some good stuff at the
conference and ran into someone that did an internship with us 9-10 years ago.
Now I am off to bed.

Sarah,

I am glad your trip went fine. It was nice that you could visit with KJ
also.

How are you doing now health wise. Is it better for you.

Na, I finished the shingles meds and started ABs today for another
ear-infection.  Hopefully this Merry-Go-Round will stop soon and I can start up
the remicade.

They started coming back at the conference.  Luckily, the RD gave me a refill
and I took another round of the meds with me just in case.  This makes round 3
of the antiviral.
