Hi Everyone!
I don't even know if anyone will be able to see this post as I am only
seeing about 5-20 new posts each day and most of those are not original
posts, they are replys to originals.
So, if you do happen to be able to see this post, could you please say
some prayers for a friend of mine!
His name is Steve and he has had crohns disease for many years and has
failed many of the treatments for it. A few months ago he had surgery
to remove part of his intestinal tract and then developed some
complications and had to go through a second surgery and ended up having
a colostomy for a while. He goes back in for surgery to reverse the
colostomy tomorrow at !:45 p.m (EST), and is pretty nervous about it.
I would like prayers for him that the surgery goes well, that he heals
without further complications, and that this will do the trick in
helping his crohns for a while!
Thanks everyone!!!

Prayers for Steve. My friend Judy's daughter just had her reversal done
and in a couple of months they will remove the bag so she will be rehook
and good to go. I have my fingers crossed for good results for them both.

Wanted to say thanks again to everyone for their prayers!
My friend Steve is now home from the hospital and actually doing quite
well. Says he feels the best he has in months!!!
Ahhhh, the power of all those prayers!!!
Donna G
Squirrely - 26 Apr 2004 08:42 GMT
Glad to hear this. Yes the power of prayer is something else isn't it?
I am seeing how the power of prayers is really working in our lives.
Just when we think we are not going to make it financially, we get more
money. Just when I have about given up with health issues, then I see how
drs are placed in there to help, etc.
I have seen it happen so much in this group because of the power of prayer
too.
So very glad that Steve is doing so much better.
